Since the electronic English dictionary (WordNet 1.6) comes with Insightin is a English-to-English dictionary,
2,000 - 3,000 vocabulary size is preferred.

How many English words do I need to know?
A
This answer is as ambiguous as counting vocabulary size. A native English speaker with a 4-year college degree is believed to be able understand about 20,000 words.
10,000 vocabulary should let you pass TOFEL, GRE, GMAT and etc.

You can either click "Add" menu item on the left side Menu Pane, or right-click mouse on a Content Page and select "Add New Node".

Right-click mouse on a Content Page, select "Add URL", then input the title and URL of a HTML document.
If a HTML document is on your local computer, you can right-click mouse on a Content Page, select "Link File",
navigation to the HTMl document and select the document.
